Job Responsibilities
- To provide day-to-day support to the Tender & Budget team as and when needed for document preparation and compilation for submissions.
- Managing sales-related data and documentation, creating and maintaining customer accounts and information.
- Coordinating with Tender & Budget representatives and other departments.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records to ensure document traceability.
- Drafting letters and replies for incoming correspondences/ tender clarification and related sales correspondences.
- Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.
- Assume the role as the primary point of contact to liaise between internal and/or external parties
- Assist on-ground activities such as showcase and exhibition events.
- Actively participate within corporate activities and planning to ensure support to business development / unit.
- Responsible for the implementations of marketing communication activities and strategies such as preparation of promotional collaterals (company profiles, templates, leaflets, posters, newsletter, direct-mailer and etc) and distribution via designated online / offline channels.
- Checking the accuracy of tender submission document and other sales related documents.
- To provide assistance to the management on any administrative tasks and document preparations as and when needed.
